Week Five/Day Four (Thursday)

Breakfast:  Peanut Butter sandwich with a little butter on it.
No snack
Lunch:  Michelina's dinner, yogurt and fruit cup
No snack
Supper:  A salad with chicken breast from the chicken I cooked in the halogen cooker and an egg and a sandwich round.  Diet Green tea
