Week Four (Wednesday)

Breakfast: Peanut butter and banana sandwich
Snack: Yogurt
Lunch:  Fish dinner with rice and broccoli with apples, Diet Mt Dew,  Sugar free chocolate pudding
Snack:  Almonds Mt Dew
Supper:  Black-eyed peas, cornbread, onion, diet green tea
Snack:  Pineapple and cottage cheese
