Sandwich wrap made with Basil Tomato wrap (100) and lettuce, turkey, roast beef, some mayo, and a salad dressing
Baby carrots and radishes

Peach
Diet coke

Snack
an apple

Supper
Tilapia
slaw
mixed vegetables with some margarine
