Week Four-- Day Seven (Monday)

Breakfast: Peanut butter toast and a banana

Snack: a nectarine

Lunch: Salmon/egg sandwich

Snack: Apple and a few nuts

Supper: Two left-over fish sticks from Captain D's ( courtesy of Ginger & Christie)
Onion, two hush puppies

Snack before bed: grapefruit
